FAQ: How long does the review process take?

If SPI is performing reviews of the account for the Corporate Owner Operator, we will begin the review process once all questions have been answered. The review process will then begin within 5 business days unless a rush is placed by the Corporate Owner Operator. If there are any items that do not meet the standard set by the  Corporate Owner Operator, then SPI may reach back out to the contractor or to the owner-operator. These conversations may cause your review process to last longer than 5 days.
