FAQ: My Status Pending

Why is my tier status pending?

Pending status indicates a contractor who has not completed the Q and A items and/or the review of the Q and A items has not been completed.  

To make sure that you have completed all Q & A items, sign in to your CQ account and look for any red circles down the left-side menu. These red circles tell you that something needs attention. Click on that section to find more information. 

Make sure to submit the Q & A for review. From the left-side menu, navigate to your Dashboard and look within the Tiers section. Each tier must be submitted separately using the action buttons in the last column.
